Is Nowpay custodial?
Yes. What your customers pay stays in your Nowpay balance until you withdraw. That's what allows one balance for every network, conversion between them and withdrawals in reais.
When does money reach my balance?
As soon as the network confirms the transaction. On networks like BSC and Polygon that usually takes a few minutes; Bitcoin takes longer.
Do I need a registered company?
Individuals and companies can create an account and start receiving. To withdraw, we verify the person (KYC) or the company (KYB).
Can I withdraw in Brazilian reais?
Yes. You sell USDT from your balance and receive reais via Pix in your account. You can also withdraw USDT to your wallet.
Which networks and coins are accepted?
USDT on BNB Chain (BSC), Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base and Ethereum, plus Bitcoin.
What if the customer pays on the wrong network?
The checkout shows the right network before payment. If funds still arrive on another network, they're held apart and our team reviews them for crediting.
Are there chargebacks?
No. A payment confirmed on chain is final, so there are no card-fraud reversals.
